Leveling Blacksmithing from 94 to 100

These epic recipes require a Spark of Omen, a Bind on Pickup (BoP) crafting reagent obtainable only every two weeks. Utilize the crafting order system for these last 6 skill points, as each recipe provides 3 skill points, requiring only 2 crafts.
