Akari, a character in the game, operates on a Fixed Location movement system. This means she primarily stays in specific locations, such as the Secret Base or plot-related areas, with random movements occurring only during Dusk and Night at high Affection levels. Getting Started with Akari
Akari’s routine includes bathing at 7:00 PM nightly. For players interested in specific interactions, entering the dressing room during this hour with the right skills allows for a Panty Attack, resulting in -30 Lust and 19 Memories. Be cautious, as being in the dressing room at 8:00 PM or speaking to her afterward may trigger a Sex Counterattack. Alternatively, the Tub Attack skill can be used during her bath time. Access to the Dressing Room requires the lockpicking skill. Before even entering Akari’s home, you must first establish a friendship with Hikari.
Akari’s Affection Events Guide
This section details each of Akari’s affection events, providing a step-by-step guide to progressing through her storyline and building your “winter memories” together.
20 Affection: Meeting Akari & Menko Introduction
Akari’s initial event at 20 Affection is triggered upon entering the Secret Base. Navigate through the Park, find the hole in the wall, and follow the path to the tent. Meeting Akari here marks the beginning of her affection storyline. This event takes approximately 10 minutes in-game time and rewards you with 5 EXP and 10 Memories.
Following this initial meeting, Akari’s event 1B introduces you to Menko. Simply talking to Akari will grant you your first Menko card.
About Menko
Menko matches are a key part of Akari’s early events and last for 15 minutes, reduced to 7 minutes if you possess the Power of Time ability. To advance Akari’s storyline, you must defeat Akari and two other children, Shiori and Kouta, in Menko. The game is designed to be easily approachable; losing to Shiori or Kouta is quite difficult, and even losing to Akari presents a moderate challenge.
Losing a Menko match only costs a few minutes of in-game time, allowing for immediate retries. Menko hits are executed upon releasing the mouse button, not pressing it. For optimal accuracy, hold and release with precise timing, or develop a feel for your Menko’s power to know the perfect moment to strike.
Landing just beyond a critical hit results in a CRITICAL MISS. The critical miss strike zone shrinks after each critical miss, making subsequent misses less frequent.
Your first daily victory against each opponent grants a significant reward of 20 EXP and 15 Memories, making it a time-efficient method for progression. You can also occasionally receive random items and win custom Menko cards to replace your starting one. While custom Menko cards can be powerful, they aren’t essential for completing Akari’s Menko storyline, especially if you are proficient at the game.
Subsequent wins against opponents yield a reduced reward of 5 EXP and 5 Memories. Defeating Akari increases her affection by 2, and this can be repeated. Using Menko to repeatedly defeat Akari is an excellent strategy for quickly increasing her Affection while gaining Experience and Memories.
In Menko matches, Kouta has stats of 15/5, Shiori is 10/15, and Akari is 17/17, benefiting from Plot Armor. Your starting Menko card has stats of 13/13.
After defeating all three opponents, the next event will automatically trigger after a brief conversation, awarding 5 EXP and 10 Memories and advancing 10 minutes of game time. You’ll then reach a soft cap, preventing further affection gains beyond 20 until the event is cleared. This cap will automatically lift once the necessary requirements are met.
To proceed to the next stage, raise Akari’s Affection to 20 and your character level to 5, then wait for at least one in-game day to pass.
40 Affection: Road to Pro & Dusk Event
Once you reach Level 5, 20 Affection with Akari, and at least a day has passed, Akari’s Affection cap will increase, and your Menko opponents’ stats will also rise. Defeating them again will grant full rewards once more. Beat Akari, Shiori, and Kouta in Menko again, then speak to Akari to trigger the next sub-event, titled “THE ROAD TO BECOMING PRO.” This event grants 5 EXP and 5 Memories and advances 10 minutes of game time.
Your next goal is to increase Akari’s Affection to 40. Once reached, speak to her again to initiate a sub-event where she asks you to return at Dusk.
Akari’s Second Major Event occurs at Dusk. This event cannot be triggered before December 26th, as she needs time to power up. After triggering the preceding event, speak to Akari at Dusk to start “IT’S BEEN 6 MONTHS.” This event will pass an hour of game time, reduce your Lust by 60, and reward you with 5 EXP and 10 Memories. Akari’s Affection Cap will rise again, and she will become available for Service Commands. Akari will gain 4 Lewdness, 30 Service, and 10 Perversion. Note that there’s a forced delay after this event, encouraging you to interact freely with Akari.
60 Affection: Sex with Akari & Menko Hunters
Akari’s Third Major Event unlocks at 60 Affection. This event has a forced delay from the previous event and cannot be triggered until the day after the final Affection-40 event, making December 27th the earliest trigger date. After the Affection-40 event, the other Menko opponents will no longer be available. You can now use Service commands with Akari and freely increase her affection to 60. If you wish to experiment with Akari, now is a recommended time.
Once Akari reaches 60 Affection, play Menko with her. (Winning is likely not required at this point due to the difficulty in losing). This triggers the “SEX WITH AKARI” event. Enjoy this event, which takes 30 minutes of game time, reduces your Lust by 120, and rewards 5 Experience and 10 Memories. Akari’s Affection Cap will rise once more, and she will gain 12 Lewdness and 16 Perversion. You should be able to have sex with her after this event; however, immediately following this sex event, the Menko Hunters quest will begin, preventing further sexual encounters with Akari until the quest is completed over several in-game days.
80 Affection: Menko Hunters Quest & Secret Sex
Akari’s fourth event unfolds in several stages. First, you must locate and defeat three special opponents: the Menko Hunters.
- The Menko Hunters can be found:
- In front of the apartment, in the MORNING.
- At the Shrine, at DUSK.
- At the Levee, at NIGHT.
It’s recommended to capture at least one picture of a Menko Hunter for your collection. Due to the evening availability of two Menko Hunters, and the need to speak with Akari to finish the event, the earliest completion date is December 28th. After defeating all three Menko Hunters, speak to Akari in the Secret Base during Morning or Afternoon to trigger the next event, “NOT A GAME.” This event takes no in-game time, Akari gains affection, and then she disappears.
There is a Forced Delay until the next event, and Akari will be unavailable until the day after “NOT A GAME,” making December 29th the earliest you can find her again.
The day after Event 4B, visit the screen with the bench and toilet below the Park (Park 2) at Dusk. You will find Akari there (though sex with her is still unavailable). Talk to her to trigger event 4C.
Next, proceed to the second screen of Mountain Trail at Night. The earliest this can be done is December 29th. You will encounter the Menko Hunters again. Interact with the event to intervene. This event takes 30 minutes of game time and rewards 5 EXP and 10 Memories.
Event 4D can be triggered as early as December 30th. Visit the park the next day in the Morning or Afternoon (Afternoon is recommended, as morning fights transition to afternoon). Click on the visible event to initiate a battle. If you succeed in defeating the boss, the time frame will change to Afternoon. Akari will gain affection. There’s a Forced Delay before Event 4E. Starting the day after event 4D, once she reaches 80 Affection, the next event will trigger. The earliest trigger date is December 31st. Akari will invite you to visit her again at Dusk.
Event 4F, “SECRET SEX,” occurs at Dusk, with December 31st being the earliest possible date. This event reduces your Lust by 150 and takes an hour of game time. Akari’s Affection cap will rise, and she will gain 16 Lewdness, 4 Service, and 20 Perversion. There is a forced delay before the 5th event, with January 1st as the earliest trigger date.
100 Affection: Akari’s Route Clear
Increase Akari’s Affection to 100 and speak to her. This event takes NO in-game time and reduces your Lust by 60. Akari will gain 14 Lewdness and 28 Perversion. Akari’s Route is now Clear. You can view Akari’s ending that Night and have sex with her in the Secret Base.
While Akari’s route can be cleared as early as January 1st, accessing Akari’s house requires further progression.
