You can purchase Simple Flour and Mild Spices from Cooking Supply vendors located near your trainer.
Important: Avoid buying these ingredients from the Auction House as they are readily available from vendors at a much lower cost.
The Spice Bread recipe will turn green towards the end of this level range, so you might need to cook a few extra to reach skill level 40.
