Leveraging the ARE 5.0 Practice Exam Dashboard and Demo Exam

NCARB offers free, full-length practice exams for each ARE 5.0 division, acting as excellent are study guide materials. These practice exams are accessible to all licensure candidates who have an active NCARB Record. You can access them in your Practice Exam Dashboard, located on the “Exams” tab of your NCARB Record. If you are a licensure candidate not currently taking the ARE, log in, go to the Overview tab, and select “Practice the ARE®.”

The practice exams can be taken in “test mode,” replicating a real exam appointment, or “practice mode,” offering immediate feedback with correct answers and rationales. A score report will be available after each practice test. This is a great way to compare your results and pinpoint areas that require further focus before the actual exam.
