Coral Island Achievement Guide: Your Path to 100% Completion

Embarking on your farming adventure in Coral Island? Beyond building your dream farm and befriending the islanders, a whole set of achievements awaits to challenge and reward your dedication. Think of this as your Coral Island Guide Book to conquering every milestone the game has to offer. Whether you’re a seasoned completionist or new to achievement hunting, this guide will walk you through the essential steps to unlock them all, transforming you from a novice farmer into a legendary islander.

Farming Achievements: Cultivating Success

Simple Life

Harvest 100 crops

This achievement is practically handed to you as you start your Coral Island journey. Hitting the 100-crop mark is a breeze, especially if you plant regrowing crops like blueberries, corn, or hot peppers during your first summer. These summer staples, available from the get-go at Town Rank F, keep producing harvests, accelerating your progress. Got a head start from a previous save file? You might even snag this achievement in Spring!

Specialty Farmer

Ship one crop 1000 times

For this achievement, efficiency is key, and regrowing crops are your best friends. Hot peppers are a stellar choice. Plant a large patch at the beginning of summer – they thrive until the end of Fall – and you’ll be well on your way. Starting early and planting generously can make this achievable within your first year on Coral Island.

Variety Farmer

Ship 30 different crops

Town Rank F limits your seed selection, making this achievement initially out of reach with only about 17 seed types available. Prioritize boosting your Town Rank to E. Focus on ocean cleaning, museum donations, and temple altar completions to unlock more seed variety. Once you’ve ranked up, buy one of each new seed at the start of each season, and you’ll quickly achieve this milestone by shipping a diverse range of crops.

You Name It We Sell It

Ship all crops

Coral Island boasts 48 different seed crops to discover and ship. Remember, this achievement focuses solely on seed crops, excluding tree fruits. Reaching Town Rank C is essential to access all seeds at Sam’s General Store. If you’re unsure which crops you’re missing, the Coral Island Wiki’s crop page is an invaluable resource for tracking your progress.

Ranching Achievements: Animal Husbandry Hustle

New Rancher on the Block

Ship 2 animal products

Building a coop is your first step into ranching. Chickens, the most affordable animal at 600 coins, are the perfect starting point. Ensure you have hay for feed, and within days, you’ll be shipping your first animal products and unlocking this achievement.

Fresh from the Farm

Ship 5 animal products

Continuing your ranching journey, simply keep your animals well-fed. This achievement naturally follows “New Rancher on the Block” as you continue to care for your coop inhabitants and ship their products.

Specialty Rancher

Ship one animal product 1000 times

While filling multiple coops with a single animal type speeds up this process, you’ll naturally progress towards this achievement as you play. Consistent animal care and product shipping will eventually lead you to the 1000-ship mark for a single animal product.

Grade A Only

Ship a golden animal product

Golden animal products are the pinnacle of ranching quality. To obtain them, your animal must win an Animal Festival event, reach maximum hearts (5), and be well-fed. The Animal Festival on Summer 12 is your first opportunity. Prepare a chicken or cow to compete in your first year for a chance at golden products.

Operation Trophy Rancher

Ship all animal products

Currently, there are 24 animal products to ship in Coral Island. Achieving this requires reaching Town Rank B and constructing multiple coops and barns to house diverse animals. Winning both the Cow and Chicken competitions at the Animal Festival is crucial for obtaining golden animal products. If you’ve gathered all animals but the achievement is elusive, try slightly neglecting your Animal Festival winners’ feeding schedule for a few days, then resume feeding. This might encourage them to produce the smaller versions of their products, which could be the missing piece. The complete list includes: Egg, Large Egg, Golden Egg, Large Golden Egg, Duck Egg, Large Duck Egg, Quail Egg, Large Quail Egg, Feather, Large Feather, Milk, Large Milk, Golden Milk, Large Golden Milk, Wool, Large Wool, Goat Milk, Large Goat Milk, Black Truffle, White Truffle, Llama Wool, Large Llama Wool, Gesha Coffee Bean, and Large Gesha Coffee Bean.

Completionist Milestones

This is Coral Island

Reach level 10 mastery in everything

Mastering all skills in Coral Island is a testament to your dedication. Most skills level relatively easily. Focus on rotating skills, especially if you have a favorite skill already maxed out. Winter is an ideal time to concentrate on mining, diving, and fishing, as farming and foraging slow down. Be mindful that skill choices are permanent upon unlocking, so choose wisely, though you can buy the final skill point with town points. Combat tends to be the slowest skill to level. An efficient method involves:

  1. Go to level 15 of the fire mines.
  2. Look for an Advanced Slime. If present, clear the level of other monsters and rocks for easier movement. If not, descend further until you find one (they spawn in wind and fire mines).
  3. Kite the Advanced Slime, allowing it to spawn babies, and focus on killing the babies. Repeat this until the end of the day for faster XP gain compared to traditional combat methods, as each level has a fixed enemy spawn count.

Step 1: Locating Advanced Slime
Step 2: Kiting and Baby Slime Farming

Legendary Farmer

Ship everything in the game

This is the ultimate completionist achievement in Coral Island, requiring you to ship one of absolutely everything. This monumental task includes: 69 Fish, 45 Ocean Critters, 53 Insects, 125 Crops, 78 Artifacts, 35 Gems, 60 Fossils, 45 Beach and Ocean Foraged Items, and 37 Seasonal Foraged Items. While you can check your collections in-game, it can be tedious, especially for quality-starred items. Note: Some players have reported needing to ship Small and Large Ostrich Eggs, and Small and Large Buffalo Milk, even after shipping everything else, to unlock this achievement. Keep this in mind as you approach full completion.

This coral island guide book to achievements provides you with the roadmap to 100% completion. Use these tips, track your progress, and enjoy the rewarding journey of becoming a true Coral Island legend!
