Humans are evolving towards Stage Four consciousness, while most other large mammals operate with a more instinct-based Stage Two soul. This doesn’t diminish their value. While an animal might not create art or write poetry, they also won’t engage in complex acts of deception or greed.

Although their passing brings sorrow, few regret having shared their lives with these beloved creatures.
