There are a total of 186 Field Guide Pages scattered throughout the game, discoverable in various locations. These pages are categorized into three main areas:

Ways to Find Field Guide Pages
Finding these pages involves using different spells, each revealing and allowing you to collect them. Here’s a breakdown of the spells and the types of pages they help you find:
Hidden Revelio Field Guide Pages
These are often the first pages players encounter. Revelio pages can be found by utilizing the Revelio spell.
As you explore, cast Revelio. The closer you are to a hidden page, the louder the audible “ding” will be. If you’re using a controller, the vibration will intensify as you approach. The controller will also vibrate more strongly on the side closest to the page.
When Revelio is cast near a page, a yellow outline will reveal its exact location. Get close and cast Revelio again to make the page visible and add it to your collection.
Moth Painting Field Guide Pages
Moth Paintings present another type of puzzle. While you can complete these right away, completing the side quest “Like a Moth to A Flame” from Lenora Everleigh in the Library Annex’s Central Hall rewards you with 180 XP.
To solve a Moth Painting, cast Lumos in front of the empty painting. This will reveal a painting of a nearby location where the moth is. Casting Revelio can help pinpoint the moth’s exact location.
Use Lumos again to attract the moth to your wand. Guide the moth back to the original painting. Once the moth is in place, the original painting will disappear, and the Field Guide page will materialize for you to collect.
Levioso Statue Field Guide Pages
These pages are hidden within statues depicting a person holding an orb above their head. These statues are often tucked away in corners or out-of-sight locations. When you cast Revelio, they’ll have a distinctive silhouette, making them easier to spot.
To reveal the page, cast Levioso on the statue. The statue will disappear, and the Field Guide Page will appear, ready for collection.
Flying Field Guide Pages
These pages are hard to miss, as they fly around, patrolling a specific path.
Aim at the flying page until it’s highlighted, then cast Accio to pull it towards you.
Dragon Brazier Field Guide Pages
Dragon Braziers hide pages in two main forms:
- Pedestals and basins with a dragon design.
- Wall sconces with a basin and dragon.
To reveal the page, you need to light the brazier using a fire spell. Confringo is ideal for distant targets, while Incendio works best for closer ones. Lighting the brazier will cause it to disappear, revealing the Field Guide Page.
