Chicago has solidified its reputation as a premier dining destination, with the latest Michelin Guide bestowing stars upon 20 of its exceptional restaurants for 2024-2025. This prestigious recognition highlights the city’s diverse and high-quality culinary landscape. In addition to the star recipients, 37 Chicago establishments were honored with Bib Gourmand awards, celebrating restaurants that offer outstanding food at a great value.

The coveted three-star tier continues to feature Alinea, the groundbreaking fine dining restaurant helmed by Chef Grant Achatz. Alinea has proudly held three stars since the Chicago Michelin Guide’s inaugural edition in 2011, a testament to its consistent excellence and innovative approach to cuisine.
