To discover the best culinary experiences in the city, you’ll want to befriend the “Gourmet King,” Nozomi Suemitsu. He is available every day at Paulownia Mall after school. Reaching Rank 10 with Nozomi unlocks Sandalphon, the deliverer of prayers Persona.
How to Unlock: You can find Nozomi in Paulownia Mall after Kenji Tomochika mentions him to you. To initiate the Moon Arcana Social Link, you need Charm at Rank 2. Unlocking him requires answering three questions correctly (answers in order: Pheromone coffee, Red, and Hagakure Bowl) and giving him an Odd Morsel. Odd Morsels are found while exploring Tartarus.

Akinari Kamiki, the “Dying Young Man,” represents the Sun Arcana and is one of the most poignant Social Links in Persona 3 Reload. You can only spend time with Akinari on Sundays at Naganaki Shrine. Completing the Dying Young Man Social Link unlocks Asura, the grand being Persona at Rank 10.
How to Unlock: You will become acquainted with Akinari after raising Maiko’s (Hanged Man) Social Link to Rank 4. After that, you can find him at Naganaki Shrine on Sundays. You need Academics at Rank 4 for him to engage in conversation with you. During your first conversation, Akinari mentions losing his fountain pen. Once Koromaru joins SEES, talk to Koromaru to find the pen under his paw. Return the pen to Akinari to unlock the Sun Arcana Social Link.

The Judgement Arcana Social Link is one of the final links to become available in Persona 3 Reload. As it is intrinsically linked to the game’s conclusion, this Social Link progresses automatically as you advance towards the endgame.
How to Unlock: On December 31st, choose to spare Ryoji and confront Nyx to initiate the Judgement Social Link.
Aeon Arcana Social Link – Aigis

Developing a deeper bond with Aigis, the loyal anti-Shadow android who becomes a core member of SEES, is possible in Persona 3 Reload. Despite having less time to dedicate to the Aeon Arcana Social Link compared to others, your relationship with Aigis progresses relatively quickly. You can find her after school in the Classroom and she is available Monday through Saturday. Reaching Rank 10 with Aigis unlocks Metraton, the attendant to the infinite Persona.
How to Unlock: Simply talk to Aigis in the Classroom. The first opportunity to do so is on January 8th.
