Stage 1: Career Mode and Miscellaneous Trophies – Your Core Objectives
Your initial focus should be diving into Career Mode. This is where you’ll naturally progress through the game, unlock new tools and upgrades, and earn the majority of trophies. While playing through Career Mode, it’s efficient to target the level-specific miscellaneous trophies. These trophies often require you to complete tasks in a specific order or using a particular method, adding a fun layer of challenge to your cleaning contracts. Here’s a breakdown of these miscellaneous trophies to keep in mind as you play:
-
Van – “Powerful Pressure Purist” Trophy: For this, you need to completely clean the Van using only the red nozzle. This nozzle provides the highest pressure but has a narrow spray, making the task more time-consuming and precise.
-
Van – “Good Dings to Come” Trophy: Clean 95% of any job (the Van is a recommended level) without fully completing any single task. This requires careful cleaning, ensuring you leave a tiny bit of dirt on every part until you reach 95% overall completion.
-
Backyard – “First Steps” Trophy: In the Backyard job, make sure to complete all 12 stepping stones to 100% cleanliness before cleaning anything else.
-
Playground – “StegoScore” Trophy: At the Playground, you need to roll the football up the stegoslide using your power washer. It might take a few tries to aim correctly and get the ball rolling upwards.
-
Bungalow – “Gutted” Trophy: Ensure that the Bungalow gutters are the very last components you clean to 100% completion in this job. Keep an eye on your task list to manage this.
-
Detached House – “Pave the Way” Trophy: At the Detached House, your priority is to clean the Pathway, Driveway, and Driveway edges completely before starting on any other part of the house.
-
Shoe House – “Sole Task” Trophy: For this quirky job, the sole of the Shoe House must be the final part you clean to 100%. Double-check your task list before finishing.
-
Fire Station – “Tall Order” Trophy: Clean the entire Fire Station job without ever standing on the scaffolding. This will require clever positioning, nozzle extensions, and possibly utilizing jump-spraying techniques to reach higher areas.
-
Skatepark – “Watermelon Shot” Trophy: In the Skatepark, your task is to push the ball out of the skate bowl using only your power washer. This will likely require strategic spraying to build momentum and direct the ball out.
-
Fire Truck – “I Can See Clearly Now” Trophy: Clean all windows, the windscreen, and wing mirrors of the Fire Truck first, before cleaning any other parts of the vehicle.
-
Penny Farthing – “Impeccable Balance” Trophy: Simply stand on top of the Penny Farthing bicycle for 10 seconds. No balancing act required, just jump on and wait for the trophy to pop.
-
Treehouse – “Lantern Hunter” Trophy: Locate and clean all 12 lanterns in the Treehouse level before cleaning anything else. These lanterns are scattered around the base and upper levels of the treehouse.
-
Fire Helicopter – “Live by the Blade” Trophy: Clean both the main rotor blades and the tail rotor blades of the Fire Helicopter before cleaning any other part of the helicopter.
-
Carousel – “Merrily Go Round” Trophy: Completely clean the entire Carousel without turning it off. The rotating carousel can actually aid in cleaning, allowing you to stay in one spot while the dirt comes to you.
-
Carousel – “Coconut Dodge” Trophy: On any of the fairground-themed levels (Carousel, Helter Skelter, Ferris Wheel), you need to knock over all the coconuts in the coconut shy game using your power washer. The red nozzle is recommended for this.
-
Drill – “Head First” Trophy: On the Drill job, clean the drill head completely to 100% first, and then clean the drill tip before moving on to any other parts.
-
Temple – “Gnome Sweet Gnome” Trophy: At the Temple, there’s a gnome on the tower roof. Your goal is to complete the entire Temple job and ensure the gnome remains on the tower roof after completion. Be careful when cleaning around the roof to avoid knocking it off – using weaker nozzles can help.
-
Washroom – “Delaying the Inevitable” Trophy: In the Washroom job, the four toilets must be the last items you clean to 100% completion. Keep track of your cleaning list to ensure you finish them last.
-
Helter Skelter – “Shine Bright” Trophy: Clean all objects that have light bulbs on the Helter Skelter first. This includes the sign (but not the sign poles), the 16 channel lights around the outside, and the top ring frame which encircles the entire structure at the top. Use your tablet to highlight these objects to easily identify them.
-
Private Jet – “Suspicious Modifications” Trophy: Clean the laser and anti-gravity parts of the Private Jet first before cleaning any other sections of the aircraft.
-
Monster Truck – “Tyresome” Trophy: The tyres of the Monster Truck must be cleaned first before you clean any other part of the vehicle to unlock this trophy.
-
Ferris Wheel – “Best Buds” Trophy: First, locate the gnome, often found on top of the Helter Skelter after cleaning it. Pick up the gnome and then enter a carriage on the Ferris Wheel. Place the gnome in the carriage and ride a full rotation to earn this trophy.
-
Subway Platform – “Blast from the Past” Trophy: Clean all 8 advertising boards on the walls of the Subway Platform first before cleaning anything else in the level.
-
Ancient Statue – “Bucket List” Trophy: At the Ancient Statue level, knock over all four buckets scattered around the area using your power washer. Strategic spraying will be needed to topple them.
-
Ancient Monument – “Delicate Excavation” Trophy: Completely clean the entire Ancient Monument using only the white nozzle. This is the weakest nozzle, so be prepared for a longer cleaning process requiring patience and precision.
-
Fishing Boat – “All Hands on Deck” Trophy: On the Fishing Boat, clean the bow, steps, and main deck first before cleaning any other parts of the boat.

First, tackle a Bonus Level. Completing any bonus level will earn you:
-
“Specialist” Trophy: Complete a Special Job. The Mars Rover job is the quickest bonus level currently available.
Finally, Challenge Mode is where you’ll test your power washing skills to their limit. You’ll replay levels from Career Mode, but with specific constraints – either completing the job within a time limit or using less than a set amount of water. Earning gold medals in Challenge Mode unlocks:
-
“Going for Gold” Trophy: Get one gold medal in Challenge Mode.
-
“Gold Standard” Trophy: Get five gold medals in Challenge Mode. These challenges can be quite demanding, so experiment to find levels you are comfortable with and learn to optimize your cleaning efficiency, especially when using soaps provided in the challenges.
Once you’ve earned all other trophies, the platinum trophy will be yours:
