The Sanctum of Rebirth dungeon, nestled in the eerie Underworld of RuneScape, presents a formidable challenge. Once the domain of Amascut, this dungeon is now home to three soul devourer bosses, accessible after completing the quest Soul Searching.

Conquering the Hard Mode is highly rewarding, as it is the only way to obtain the coveted Shard of Genesis Essence, essential for upgrading Tier 95 weapons to the powerful Tier 100.

Vermyx’s Attack Pattern
Vermyx employs both Melee and Ranged auto-attacks. Coilspawns exclusively use Ranged attacks.
- Auto-attacks inflict 2% armour break per successful hit.
- Each auto-attack increases Vermyx’s adrenaline bar by 50%, triggering a mechanic when full.
Vermyx Phase Breakdown
- Phase 1: 3 autos → Moonstone Shards → 2 autos → Wyrmfire + 2 autos → repeat

This rotation is designed to achieve kill times around 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Due to Necromancy’s limited range , building off Coilspawns might not always be possible.
- Flank Vermyx by positioning yourself close to its head.

Kezalam’s Combat Mechanics
Kezalam utilizes both Magic auto-attacks.
- Kezalam can be stunned, delaying its rotation.
- Each auto-attack grants 25% adrenaline, triggering a mechanic at 100%. Adrenaline persists between phases.
- Kezalam begins combat with 100% adrenaline.
- In phases 2 and 3, the first mechanic is determined by the last mechanic used in the preceding phase.

Nakatra’s Combat Sequence
Nakatra alternates between Magic auto-attacks after each set.
- Each auto-attack provides 33% adrenaline.
- A mechanic is triggered every time adrenaline is full.
